Installing kafka

Hi there,

when wanting to install Kafka using the command tar -xzf kafka_2.13-3.7.1.tgz

my Mac says no, produces the following error message: tar: Error opening archive: Failed to open 'kafka_2.13-3.7.1.tgz'

Any idea how I can still install Kafka?
