Just wondering how to interpret KIP-1101 release notes please.
The summary says it's part of 4.1.0: https://kafka.apache.org/blog/2025/09/04/apache-kafka-4.1.0-release-announcement/
But the release notes don't mention it: https://archive.apache.org/dist/kafka/4.1.0/RELEASE_NOTES.html
Ah, searching for the title I find this: [KAFKA-17747<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-17747>] - Trigger rebalance on rack topology changes
So it's changed number maybe?
Also wonder if any performance benchmarking results are available please? Thanks, Paul
