I would like to request version 3.9.0. This is because Pega Platform only supports up to version 3.9.0.
I just checked and I was able to download it.

Do you need 3.9.0 exactly or would 3.9.2 work?

It should be binary-compatible with 3.9.0 after some patch fixes.
