Thank you for the information. Where can we watch the status of this release? I originally thought it was tracked in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Future+release+plan.

Hi Benson,
A release candidate for 4.1.2 has been recently published [1]. We are currently in the process of verifying and validating it. Expect it to be released soon.
